Aluminum Fluoride Production Cost Breakup from Fluosilisic Acid
The study offers a detailed cost analysis of Aluminum Fluoride Production from Fluosilisic Acid. In addition, the report incorporates the manufacturing process with detailed process and material flow, operating costs along with financial expenses and depreciation charges.
Details : Germany - based plant Q2 2026
This report provides an overview of production of Aluminium Fluoride from Fluosilisic Acid. In this process, fluosilic acid reacts with aluminium hydroxide to yield aluminium fluoride. The process undergoes as neutralization of fluosilicic acid with aluminum hydroxide which results in aluminum fluosilicic acid and water.
Further, the produced aluminum fluosilicic acid is hydrolyzed and aluminium fluoride, silicon dioxide and hydrogen fluoride are obtained. Now, by conducting acid-base neutralization reaction of hydrogen fluoride and unreacted aluminium hydroxide, aluminium fluoride is obtained.
The project economic analysis provided in the report discusses a Germany-based plant:
