In this process, a large drum is used, which is set at a set rotation to avoid the spilling of inner material. Almonds are placed inside this drum and then liquid chocolate is poured over gradually to form a coating of chocolate around each almond. The coating process takes several hours depending on the coating thickness required until the desired thickness of coating is achieved. The chocolate coated almonds are then polished to make it shine.
