This report provides the cost structure of corrugated box by printing and dye-cutting process. In this process, the corrugated fibreboards are made using steam-heat and corn starch glue. The corrugated fibreboards are then cut into box blanks. Skilled workers route the blanks to a flexographic machine. Printing dyes and patterns made on tin sheets, which are loaded onto rollers in the flexo, where each blank is cropped, printed, cut, scored, folded, and glued to form a box.
